Join our Group Therapy sessions at The Hour Mental Care, where we create a safe and supportive space to share, reflect, and heal together. Each session explores different topics from time to time — from managing anxiety and stress, to navigating grief, relationships, self-esteem, or burnout — so you can join based on what feels most relevant to your journey. Whether you're here to listen, share, or simply be present, you're welcome just as you are. Guided by a trained therapist, this group offers connection, empathy, and tools for growth in a space where you don’t have to go through things alone.

Booking Information – Group Therapy Session Please read carefully before making a booking. Minimum Participants Requirement This group therapy session requires a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. Your booking will be placed under “Pending Confirmation” upon registration. The session will be officially confirmed once at least 4 participants are registered. Confirmation Timeline Confirmation will be sent via email once the minimum number of participants is met. If the minimum is not met 24 hours before the session, you will be notified accordingly. If Minimum Participants Are Not Met In the event that the minimum number of participants is not reached: You may choose to reschedule to the next available group session, or Request a full refund. Payment & Reservation Payment is required to secure your spot. Your slot is reserved while pending confirmation and will only be finalized once the session is confirmed. Safe & Supportive Group Environment To maintain a safe and meaningful group experience: Group size is kept limited. Sessions are facilitated by a registered professional counsellor / psychologist. Confidentiality and mutual respect are strictly upheld. Important Notes Please ensure your email address is correct, as all confirmations and updates will be sent via email.
