Is this an official diagnosis? No. This service is a psychological screening, not a formal diagnosis. A screening is conducted by a Clinical Psychologist using a clinical intake interview and validated psychological screening tools to understand whether your symptoms are consistent with ADHD, Autism (ASD), or a mood disorder. If your screening indicates that further evaluation is recommended, we will advise you on the next step, which may include a Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment.

Who is this screening suitable for? This service is suitable for children, adolescents, and adults who: Suspect they may have ADHD, Autism (ASD), anxiety, depression, burnout, or another mood-related concern. Have been advised by a doctor, teacher, or therapist to seek further psychological evaluation. Want professional guidance before committing to a diagnostic assessment or therapy. Are unsure which mental health service is most appropriate for them.

Will I receive a report? Yes. Every screening includes an Official Psychological Screening Report. Your report will include: A summary of your presenting concerns. Screening findings and interpretation. Areas that may require further assessment. Recommendations for therapy, diagnostic assessment, referrals, or other support. The report is provided in PDF format.

How long does it take to receive my report? Your screening report is usually delivered within 7 working days after your screening session. If additional information is required, your psychologist will inform you during the session.

What's the difference between screening and diagnosis? A screening helps identify whether your symptoms suggest the possibility of a particular condition and whether a comprehensive assessment is recommended. A diagnostic assessment is a more detailed psychological evaluation that determines whether you meet the diagnostic criteria for a condition such as ADHD, Autism (ASD), or a mood disorder. Think of screening as the first step toward understanding your symptoms, while diagnosis is the formal assessment process.

What happens during the screening session? Your screening includes: A one-to-one clinical intake session with a Clinical Psychologist. Discussion about your concerns, symptoms, personal history, and daily functioning. Completion of validated psychological screening measures appropriate to your concerns. Clinical interpretation of the screening results. The session is conducted in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment.

Can I use this report for school, university, or workplace accommodations? The screening report is intended to provide clinical screening findings and recommendations. It is not a formal diagnostic report and may not meet the requirements for academic or workplace accommodations. If an official diagnosis is required for accommodations, your psychologist may recommend a Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment.

What happens after I receive my report? Your report will include personalised recommendations based on your screening results. Depending on your needs, we may recommend: A Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment. Individual therapy with a Clinical Psychologist. Family or parent consultation. Referral to a psychiatrist or another healthcare professional, if clinically appropriate. There is no obligation to continue with any additional service after your screening.
