Group Therapy
A safe space to heal, reflect, and grow — together
Sometimes, carrying everything alone becomes too heavy.
Group therapy offers a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions alongside others who may be experiencing similar struggles — gently guided by a trained professional.
Current Group Therapy Topic
“Apabila Hati Letih”
When emotional tiredness goes unnoticed.
When pressure becomes quiet guilt.
When preparing for Ramadhan feels overwhelming instead of peaceful.
This session is for individuals who feel emotionally drained — especially those who are used to holding themselves together for everyone else.
You don’t need to explain everything.
You don’t need to be “ready”.
You just need to arrive as you are.
What Is Group Therapy?
Group therapy is a form of counselling where a small group of individuals meet in a safe, structured setting led by a registered professional counsellor / psychologist.
Through guided discussion and reflection, participants often find:
-
Relief in knowing they are not alone
-
Deeper understanding of their emotions
-
New perspectives through shared experiences
-
Emotional support in a non-judgmental space
