Join our Group Therapy sessions at The Hour Mental Care, where we create a safe and supportive space to share, reflect, and heal together. Each session explores different topics from time to time — from managing anxiety and stress, to navigating grief, relationships, self-esteem, or burnout — so you can join based on what feels most relevant to your journey. Whether you're here to listen, share, or simply be present, you're welcome just as you are. Guided by a trained therapist, this group offers connection, empathy, and tools for growth in a space where you don’t have to go through things alone.

Booking Information – Group Therapy Session Please read carefully before making a booking. Minimum Participants Requirement: This group therapy session requires a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. Your booking and payment will be confirmed upon successful registration. If the minimum number of participants is not reached at least 24 hours before the session, you will be contacted accordingly and a full refund will be processed. Payment & Reservation: Full payment is required to secure your spot. Your slot will be automatically confirmed once payment has been made. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and non-transferable. For requests made more than 24 hours before the session, participants may reschedule their session within 2 weeks from the original session date, subject to availability. To reschedule, participants may: Log in to their account, go to Manage Booking, and select a new available session slot, or Email their request to thehourmentalcare@venturehour.com.my Emergency Cancellation Policy: Emergency cancellations made within 2 hours before the session may only be considered for valid emergencies involving health issues or accidents. A 50% refund may be provided upon submission of valid supporting proof and is subject to management approval. No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend the session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
