A Bit About Me
I’m a Trainee Clinical Psychologist currently pursuing my practicum as part of my postgraduate
training. I’m passionate about creating a safe, empathetic and collaborative space where clients
feel heard and understood. With a genuine interest in understanding people’s inner experiences,
I aim to help individuals navigate emotional challenges, build self-awareness and develop
healthier coping strategies.
My clinical experiences include providing therapy for individuals from diverse backgrounds
addressing emotional, behavioral, neurodevelopmental and interpersonal difficulties such as
anxiety, stress, depression, trauma related issues, ADHD, autism, self esteem challenges and
relationship concerns. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy (CBT) and adapt my interventions to best support each client’s unique needs and
personal goals.
I believe that therapy is a journey of growth and I’m committed to supporting my clients as they
rediscover their strengths and resilience along the way.
