A Bit About Me
Terri’s passion for mental health has been shaped by the people and environment around her. After an internship in the special needs field, it further deepened her calling and strengthened her commitment to support others in their journey.
She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from HELP University before pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Taylor’s University. Through her training, she gained hands-on experience in psychotherapy and psychological assessment across private practice settings, working with clients of all ages, from children to adults.
Terri has worked with individuals experiencing a range of psychological challenges, including mood, behavioral, relational, and neurodevelopmental difficulties. In her therapeutic work, she adopts a collaborative approach and primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while integrating techniques from other modalities to help clients deepen their self-understanding and move toward meaningful change.
