A Bit About Me
Nature is my sanctuary, and I find solace in mindfulness practices. Beyond my work, I enjoy baking and am a keen follower of crime documentaries. I also find great pleasure in conducting research and crafting write-ups based on the interviews I've conducted with unique populations.
Primarily, I practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I also incorporate an eclectic and integrative approach. I strongly believe in maintaining flexibility to ensure a personalized and tailored therapeutic experience that aligns with the unique needs of my clients.
