A Bit About Me

I believe that everyone has a story behind what they experience, including the thoughts they carry, the emotions they struggle with, and the challenges they face in life. My journey in psychology began with a curiosity to understand why people think, feel, and behave the way they do. This curiosity has grown into a passion for helping others better understand themselves.

As a Registered Clinical Psychologist, I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through various emotional and psychological challenges. My clinical work involves psychological assessments and therapeutic support tailored to each individual’s needs.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult for many people. Therefore, I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.

I believe therapy is a journey of understanding yourself better while creating meaningful changes in your life. It is about recognising your strengths, learning new ways to navigate challenges, and developing the skills needed to move forward.

Whether you are struggling with emotional difficulties, relationships, life transitions, or seeking personal growth, my goal is to walk alongside you and provide a space where you feel supported, empowered, and able to work towards a more fulfilling life.
